GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - BONUSES
1. Any issued bonus is valid for a period of 72 hours from the date of issue unless otherwise specified under the terms of that promotion. The amount left out of the bonus after the expiration date will be withdrawn from the customer’s account.
2. Any offer is valid for a period of 72 hours from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in the terms of the promotion.
3. For any received offer, a minimum deposit of 50 RON is required to claim the bonus unless otherwise specified in the email.
4. In order to get a new bonus, the player’s bonus balance (not to be confused with the real money) must be 0.
5. For all other promotions, except the ones that have other specified conditions, the Terms and Conditions are as follows:
• In the case of any offer received, it may be activated only once unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of that promotion.

• For a Free Spins bonus, the minimum wagering requirements for any currency are: the value of the Free Spins earnings multiplied by 40 to capitalize the bonus, within 7 days.
• If a player wishes to manually activate the bonus, they must contact us before placing any bets using the funds deposited; the bonus will only be awarded manually if the amount deposited is intact.
• Any winnings resulting from a bet placed using bonus balance, including Jackpot winnings, will be credited to the bonus balance, applying the conditions and limitations of that bonus.
Wagering requirements:
Before the bonus or the earnings can be withdrawn, the customer must meet the wagering requirements. Some games have different percentages that contribute to the wagering requirement. Please see the table below for more information:

For example:
• From a 100 RON bet on Roulette, 10 RON will count towards the wagering requirement.
• From a 100 RON bet on Blackjack, 10 RON will count towards the wagering requirement.
6. MaxBet Casino Bonuses that have not been capitalized yet, cannot be transferred to another platform (eg.: Sports).
7. In the wagering process, the bets will be placed first from the cash/deposited balance (until it’s finished) and after that, they will be placed from the Bonus balance.
8. Generally, bonus amounts are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated; if the turnover requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and any winnings will be canceled.
9. MaxBet can limit the amount a player can bet using the first deposit bonus. The maximum bet amount is 80 RON for any game.
10. MaxBet reserves the right to remove such earnings from the player’s balance in special circumstances, at management discretion.
11. When a player with an active bonus wins double the amount on a game with a winning chance of 1 to 6 or more (for example, by selecting 6 or fewer numbers at the roulette), he must continue playing using the same winning chances, in order to meet the wagering requirements. If you switch from high-risk bets to lower risk bets, from 1:3 downwards (for example bets on red/black, even/odd, columns, or any form of blackjack) to complete the wagering requirements, we will remove the bonus and all earnings obtained from it.
12. When a player with an active bonus wins more than double the bonus amount, he must continue playing in the same manner until the wagering requirement has been met. Switching from a low-risk game (such as Blackjack or Roulette) to a higher-risk game (such as slots or scratch cards) after a higher gain, in order to meet the wagering requirement faster, will result in canceling the bonus and all earnings coming from it.
13. Bonuses will be awarded only once per house or account, as set out in our terms and conditions. If a second account is open, it will be closed and all the bonuses and earnings coming from it may be canceled.
14. Players who have one or more active pending withdrawals on their account are not eligible for any type of bonus, promotion, or associated prizes. Breaking this rule, as defined by the Casino, may result in the cancellation of the player’s winnings.
15. Maxbet reserves the right to verify records and transaction logs at any time and for any reason. If, as a result of such verification, it appears that one or more players participate in activities or strategies that we consider to be abusive, we reserve the right to revoke the player’s right to participate in promotions.
16. Maxbet reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of a promotion at its own discretion and it is your responsibility to periodically review any updates or changes.
17. Every time you will place any type of bet within Maxbet Casino you will receive complimentary points or ”Max Points”. As you accumulate these points, you will be able to convert them into real money, which will be instantly allocated to your account. If you do not place any bet for a minimum of 90 days, we have the right to cancel all the Fidelity Player Points from your account.
18. Withdrawal requests or funds transfers will not be accepted if you have an active bonus in your account, due to the wagering requirement. In order to withdraw the initial deposit and any subsequent earnings, you need to complete the wagering requirement. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FREE BET
1. The Free Bet is valid for 3 days from the date it was awarded.
2. Players must place the FREEBET only once for any event with a minimum odd of 2.00. for single bets. For a multiple bet any selection will have a minimum odd of 1.50. System bets are not accepted.
3. If the placed bet is won, the player will receive the winnings from it (total win – the amount of free bet) as real money.
4. If the Free Bet was placed on an event for which the odds have been changed, for any reason, and it becomes 1.00, and also in the case of a cashout bet, the bet will be considered lost.
5. The maximum winning that can be claimed is 10 times the amount of the Free Bet.
6. In case of any suspicions that the terms and conditions have been violated and that the participants use free bets or any other promotional offers to guarantee profits, regardless of the result, MaxBet reserves the right to cancel free bets and any earnings coming from them.
